Alyssa is a dedicated registered nurse with over 13 years of experience in various specialized areas of healthcare. She began her career in Nursing Informatics and later transitioned into the Operating Room, Alyssa quickly advanced to the role of Clinical Coordinator in the OR, where she honed her leadership skills and deepened clinical expertise. Seeking new challenges, she transferred to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, where she spent four years refining skills in cardiology nursing.
Now serving as the Cardiology Coordinator at Mountainside Medical Center, Alyssa focuses on improving quality and outcomes in the cardiology department. Her commitment to excellence was demonstrated last year when she successfully led the team to achieve the prestigious ACC Cath Lab Accreditation, a testament to her leadership and dedication to quality care.
Outside of her professional life, Alyssa is a devoted spouse and parent to three-year-old twin girls. They enjoy spending time outdoors, whether swimming and paddling on the lake during the summer or snowboarding in the winter. This balance of professional achievement and personal fulfillment reflects Alyssa’s holistic approach to life and unwavering commitment to both family and career.
