Lynde Sain, MSN, RN is a dedicated nurse known for exceptional contributions to patient care. As the STEMI Coordinator for Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare- Germantown in Memphis, TN, Lynde’s passion for nursing extends beyond her clinical role and she actively participates in initiatives that promote excellence in healthcare. Lynde holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree, emphasizing her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in healthcare. As an RN, she brings compassion, expertise and a patient-centered approach to her work. Lynde actively participates in the Meds-to-Beds program, a transitions of care initiative that enhances medication adherence, providing patients with their prescriptions prior to discharge. As the STEMI Coordinator, Lynde focuses on PCI patients and has worked to instill a culture-based approach to the Meds-to Beds process. Patients appreciate the convenience of receiving the medications at bedside and a one-on-one consultation with pharmacy personnel. Lynde is also active in the community, volunteering at various events to teach the community about early heart attack care and hands-only CPR, working alongside EMS entities in the county. She mentors young women who share the same passion for medicine as she does. Outside of work, Lynde is a mom to three beautiful children ages 20, 15 and 8 and she enjoys traveling with her partner, Mike, playing pickleball, sailing and being outdoors.
