A respected executive, provider and teacher, Ginger Biesbrock has 25+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a concentration in clinical care, operations and program leadership.
Ginger has been an APP for 20 years, working in cardiology, urgent care and internal medicine. She has worked in acute care settings and also provided ambulatory services. Both Grand Valley State University and Western Michigan University have utilized Ginger as an adjunct faculty member over the last 10 years.
At MedAxiom Consulting, Ginger focuses on contemporary cardiovascular workforce deployment strategies, cardiovascular service line design and leadership structures, cardiovascular clinic strategy development, and care team development and optimization with the goal of creating high functioning work teams. In addition, Ginger has worked with programs to redesign their care delivery models with a more patient centric approach that will prove successful in a value-based reimbursement model and assure high level of care across the entire continuum for cardiovascular patients. She also has a strong background in developing chronic disease management programs around cardiovascular diseases that include transitional care and long-term management. Ginger is passionate about this work and stays abreast of best practices and innovative strategies required to have the most effective cardiovascular delivery model possible.
